The short version
FieldProof helps you log pesticide applications and keep audit-ready records. Your records belong to you. Log honestly, keep your login safe, and remember that FieldProof is a record-keeping tool — you're still responsible for what you actually do in the field.
1What FieldProof is
FieldProof is a mobile-first tool for logging pesticide applications and keeping immutable, audit-ready records. It captures the details you enter plus real-time weather and location, runs label-rule checks, and produces records you can export. It is a record-keeping aid, not legal, regulatory, or agronomic advice.
2Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access. Operation managers are responsible for the contractors they invite.
3Your data is yours
You own the records you create. We don't claim ownership of your application logs, photos, or notes. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
4Accurate, honest records
FieldProof makes it easy to keep good records, but the accuracy of what you log — and your actual compliance with EPA, FIFRA, and state rules — is your responsibility. Don't enter false information or attempt to alter the immutable record after submission. The integrity of the record is the whole point.
5Acceptable use
Use FieldProof lawfully. Don't misuse it, attempt to break or probe its security, scrape it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6Pilot software
FieldProof is offered during a pilot period and is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, and we may have occasional downtime. We'll always do our best to keep your saved records safe and accessible.
7Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FieldProof is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, regulatory fines, or outcomes that result from your applications or your compliance decisions. FieldProof is a tool to help you document — it does not make spraying decisions for you.
8Ending your use
You can stop using FieldProof and request deletion of your account at any time. We may end or limit access if these terms are violated.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know. Continuing to use FieldProof after an update means you accept the new terms.
